Contact North is Ontario’s Distance Education & Training Network. It is a government funded program that is completely free. Contact North doesn’t actually provide the training but helps people determine their educational goals and research which schools can help them reach these goals via online or distance education. It was originally funded to help people in remote areas to connect with training. The closest Contact North office is in Stratford but they are very willing to provide assistance via email or phone if necessary.
