SuperBetter it is an online “game” created with guidance from doctors, psychologists, scientists, and medical researchers.
The SuperBetter game helps people pursue goals in a game-like way: in progressive steps with “power-up” suggestions and avoiding “bad guys”. Some pre-made goals that people can choose from include: “Realistic Optimism”, “Lazy Exercise”, “Being Awesome”, “Stress Buster”, dealing with feelings of depression or low self-esteem, not sleeping well, quitting smoking, and a number of others.
