The Institute for Canadian Citizenship and VIA Rail Canada have collaborated on a unique offer for new Canadian citizens. Members of the ICC's CAP program can take advantage of this one-time offer to travel by train: "a 50 per cent discount on the lowest available fare, any class, one way or round trip, no blackout periods, for CAP members and up to four of their children under the age of 18."
The collaboration is expected to assist new citizens who are interested in exploring Canadian culture.
