WREAP offers finacial assistance to low-income families and individuals in Waterloo Region who are having touble paying heat and hydro bills. If you are in arrears, or in danger of having your utilities disconnected for non-payment, WREAP may be able to help. A housing, employment, or financial inclusion worker at The Working Centre can help you connect with WREAP or:
- If you are on Ontario Works, talk to your worker about accessing WREAP
- If you are not on Ontario Works, call the application line directly (519) 883-2100 and select option #1
