About Fresh Ground Café
Fresh Ground Café is a plant-based whole foods café in downtown Kitchener. This cafe offers space to enjoy good food, good ideas, and good community collaboration. The café is also building regenerative practices in our packaging, preparation and menu options.
At Fresh Ground, plant based meals feature prominently in our conversations on ecological restoration. We work to learn and teach how plant based foods are not only sustainable but are delicious and a great choice for living more ecologically.
As Fresh Ground Cafe takes root we will also offer space to gather around the ideas of community change, acting into the issues of global warming, and the choices we can make as we change our habits to ensure we are doing what we can to make significant changes that acknowledge and respect Earth. We hope to strengthen our collective ability to act with determined hope in response to these very complex issues.
