For years, The Working Centre has offered a list of community Job Postings on our website as a free-of-charge posting service. We host an active Job Search Resource Centre, helping to connect people with available jobs, and supporting employers to find the best candidates.

As we launch our new website, The Working Centre’s Job Posting site is no longer available, but we would still like to hear from you if you are looking for candidates for jobs. You can email us at [email protected]. We will share your job posting with our team of Employment Counsellors and refer suitable candidates to you.

EmployNext for Employers : EmployNext is a cost-free employment service funded by the Provincial Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development (MLITSD), serving employers in the Kitchener – Waterloo – Barrie region, providing a modern, all-encompassing solution for both jobseekers and employers. You can access a free digital job portal to list and match job opportunities using the AI-powered skill matching system for candidates in the Kitchener – Waterloo – Barrie region.

FindYourJob.ca Employer Resources – FindYourJob.ca is a Job Posting Board hosted by the Workforce Planning Board of Waterloo Wellington and Dufferin.
